Interior treated surfaces can be cleaned with a damp microfibre cloth and then buffed dry. Exterior surfaces should be cleaned with warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth, then rinsed with water and buffed dry.
No the coating is only 2 molecules thick and is transparent. It will not crack or discolour over time. It is not like a lacquer or varnish.

I used this on my new bathroom tiles. It was so simple to use and works wonders. Now I just squeegee after my shower and it stays clean all week.
Our shower tiles never looked good and would rapidly discolour and get grimy even though we squeegee the shower it would stay damp and grow mould in the corners quickly.
I put in a lot of time and elbow grease with the cleaning and polishing to restore the floor and wall tiles as well as the glass wall and door and it all squeegees off to dry now. Well worth the effort to have it all looking like it's just been cleaned - for at least 3 weeks so far!
